Anhydrite flowing screeds offer a range of performance benefits over sand/cement screeds. They are fast and easy to lay, self, compacting, low cost, fast-drying, pumpable and deliver minimal shrinkage.
Free flowing Anhydrite screed from Ablemix can be laid in areas of up to 1500m2 in just one day. Suitable for foot traffic within 24-48 hours, partitions after just seven days. Often used in underfloor heating installation Topflow Screed A is also self-levelling.
Suitable for use with under-floor heating as long as pipes/elements are covered by 25mm.
The binder for our anhydrite flowing screed is made from 98% recycled material. Compared to sand cement, the Topflow Screed A self-compacting solution installed carbon footprint saving is 20.45kg CO2e/m2.

Anhydrite flowing screed delivery
Our trucks are designed to carry small loads of readymix concrete. Please make sure you have sufficient access to your site or house to allow our driver to deliver.
The truck dimensions are for indication / illustration purposes only.
We cannot be held responsible for any variation in size of the actual delivery vehicle due to the numerous and varied minimix concrete trucks within our fleet.
