Paving concrete
PAV concrete is the ideal concrete for the construction of parking and working areas around buildings. The paving concrete provides a hard-wearing surface which drains well at low gradients. Paving concrete resists spillages of diesel and other petroleum-based products. PAV 1 or 2 concretes are relatively light in colour.
What is PAV1 Concrete?
Typical PAV concrete strength: 35N/mm2 – 28 days
PAV1 concrete mixes have an air entrainment additive to create standard sized air bubbles in the concrete. This helps to protect the ready mix concrete surface from freeze-thaw cycles, making it especially useful for outdoor paving. Ideal for: Paving external kennels and reinforced hard standings.
